This guy can only be described as the real "Better Call Sal". Actually that is unfair. 'Better call Sal' is a nice guy whereas James Baiamonte is a chauvinist, RACIST, narcissist. He not only yelled at me (his own client) for a solid 13 minutes straight but he used language that no professional, educated gentleman should use over the telephone. The only adjective he knows starts with the letter F. I must apologize that I bruised his ego ever so slightly but that is no excuse for this fine, upstanding member of the New Mexico Bar. I could not decide, while listening to him rant at me, if he was upset that I was a woman, an educated woman, or if he simply disliked me because my last name is Chavez.
