Never go! I wanted a trim and they cut off 3-4 inches and it looked horrible. I asked for long layers and it was like two ledges in my hair. HORRIBLE. It is the worst haircut. And they cut so much off it's embarrassing.

Don't bother wasting your money here! First off, they are way overpriced for services. I've had a pedicure done here which wasn't that great. I had to redo the job when I got home. Then I had a couple of massages there which were definitely not worth the prices! You can go elsewhere for pretty much the same thing. Only difference is they provide some used slippers and used robes to wear (yuck) and a steam room (if you're into that). They also misquoted the price for a massage so when I was ready to pay, they tried charging me way more! It was their fault but they never apologized and acted like it was my fault for not knowing. Also, most of the staff are not genuine and don't make you feel very welcome (fake nice).

While visiting my family from out of town I chose to treat my Mom and sister and to a "Girls Day", we all had facials, massages and pedicures. My Treat, was a huge success as La Bella treated us all like royalty!! The entire staff was warm and their attention to detail amazing. Special thanks to Lori for her massage, and to Antoinette for amazing facials and the care she showed my Mom. TR

go there and see Rachel for your facials, makeup, and waxing, crissy b. for your hair, cher for your nails, and pretty much anyone for massages. Everyone that works at la bella is amazing so i have heard but i have personally experienced these people and it was great! it is an over all very friendly enviornment and it is very welcoming! every moment you are in service the employees make you feel like family! Great place and kudos to those who work here... Call ahead to make sure you can get an appointment becuase, belive me, they book up fast!

I recently had a hair service done and i LOVE it! Reasonably priced for the wonderful service! The front desk was welcoming and friendly, as well as the entire staff! They will be seeing me in the future, that's for sure! Definitely worth it!!

I came to La Bella yesterday after receiving a gift card from my husband that I hadn't used from Mother's day! I was a little intimidated at first, since the building is so large and is really beautiful on the inside. But the woman at the front desk made me feel right at home. She took me upstairs and explained everything to me (they have a steam room to relax in before your treatment!). The services were wonderful. I haven't had many massages, but this one was the BEST. My masseuse was polite, friendly and worked out the kink I've had in my neck for months. I will definitely be recommending another gift card for Christmas!

It was my first time at this salon and there is a very friendly staff! Services were very good! I got rockstar toes with Cher, she is amazing!!! Best Spa and Salon in Albuquerque hands down. I will return for sure.... La Bella now has my business! :) Especially Cher!!

Today, I went in for an Express Pedicure ($30). Much to my surprise, the exfoliation that always went along with this pedicure was not done. When I inquired about it, I was told that they no longer include the exfoliation with this particular pedicure - to reduce costs. What I cannot believe is that the Call Center didn't mention this to me when I was setting up the appointment. I will definitely find another place to get my manicures and pedicures.

Love this spa! I've been going to this location for five years and absolutely love it. They offer many services and the facilitates are very clean. Go see Kelly Gambino she the best :)
