The company came out to just proactively inspect the unit. They sent an obviously unqualified tech who blew the capacitor and fried the circuit board. They replaced the capacitor, but used a salvaged circuit board that only lasted a day before blowing.



They refuse to address any concerns, or help in any way. They are extremely antagonistic and rude. They record everything to intimidate customers. I even sent them a signed letter of proof from the company that had to replace the entire opener at a cost of $580.



Stay away from these unethical people. There are numerous complaints against their parent company in Florida, especially with taking advantage of seniors. Use overheaddoorcompanyof atlanta instead.
