There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! Healthy combinations that are flavorful and delicious? Yes, please! EVERYTHING on the menu is good, but a few highlights include: Kale guacamole and edamame dumplings as starters, seared albacore tuna if you want a salad, inside out quinoa burger for your sandwich option. Enjoy!

I could eat at this place multiple times a week. The menu is based from Dr. Weil's anti-inflammatory food guide. Thus if you are into the food healing thing, this place is your new BF. The open concept decor and kitchen adds to the organic feel of the joint.

This restaurant is true to its name. Fresh seasonal ingredients with rustic, open air space, large restaurant keep this Buckhead eatery busy throughout the day. The staff is friendly, hospitable, and optimistic. The servers know how to keep on top of handling their tables without seeming pushy or rude when you are crunched for time. The salads are largely portioned to ensure you are paying a good price for what you are getting. Decently sized proteins accompany colorful plates of various salads and mixes. The menu notates vegetarian, glutem free, and spicy cuisines. Eating here shows that eating out can still be healthy and good for you, even if you do decide to have a craft cocktail, beer, or wine at their large wooden bar.

If you're looking for healthier eating options this is the place to go. Locally sourced foods with fresh herbs grown around their outdoor eating area. No fast food here all better for you choices. I love that they don't serve sodas.

Best place for lunch or dinner! I love their refreshing juices and kale salad. They have a great variety of options and their patio is my favorite spot to sit!

This place almost turned me into a vegan...almost. True Foods Kitchen serves up great vegetarian and vegan options but also serves meat dishes so it has something for everyone. I loved the fresh pressed juices and the roasted vegetable board with the vegan cashew pimento cheese was everything! The squash pie with coconut whipped cream was to die for!

Love the curry, red chili shrimp and flatbreads. The vegetable crudité and roasted vegetable appetizers are no joke great!

Great food. Usually the only healthy option is a salad, but most of the menu is devoted to healthy options. Really like the rice bowl. Portion sizes should be slightly larger.
