I am a former resident of this company, we used them for 4 years, service was great. It just seems since I decided to go with another company, I had already paid my bill in advance. I have been trying to receive my refund of $51.69 since aprrox. March, 2010, I have called 5-6 times, still to no avail. I have been given so many excuses, still almost 6 months, and no refund yet. As of today, Aug. 10, 2010, I was informed its in accounts payable, and will be forwarded to corporate office, It could take 2 more weeks, I have been patient, not rude, but I need my money. I have many friends, who like to have my feedback, it only takes 1 negative or positive to be passed on to another, and so. So I suggests to Allied you must get this done, and satisfy your client or even your former client, who knows, one day, I just might return as a client.
