This place is one of the worst.! First of all, the staff is very rude and unprofessisonal. Whenever I or my husband called to ask them anything, they immediately got defensive to any question asked, which was a red flag for me. When my dog came home, he had a scab about the size of a nickel under his front leg that they did not tell me about. I took care of it myself and did not bother to ask them anything about it because I knew that they would deny everything and I really didn't want to deal with that. The staff doesn't own up to anything and and again, the unnecessary defensiveness is not a good thing. Again, most of the staff is unfriendly and I would not take my pet to this place! They don't seem to care at all about your pets at all! The other thing is that the inside lobby smells horrible!
