Amazing customer service, they are quick and professional with all needs they have the BEST RATES IN TOWN!!!! You will not beat Tibbetts insurance!!!

When I needed them to step up the most they did not. There was a "miscommunication" between them and my insurance company about my cancelation. Rachael stated she would handle it until the end and contact my insurance to let them know of the issue. I emailed her shortly after asking had she done so because we were having to hold off on our mortgage payment until the refund arrived. Never heard back from her and no follow up since. They dropped the ball BIG time and I am glad I am no longer using "middleman" for my homeowner's insurance.
