i bought my dress at the manhattan store but they couldnt accommodate me with alterations so i went to the brooklyn location my dress was fitted and altered by a calm and very professional lady MARVA you are the best u made me feel special thank you

I normally do not write reviews but I was too eager to write about my pleasant experience at this Davids Bridal. I was dreading shopping for my wedding gown after a bad experience elsewhere but my sales associate made the experience painless.She listened to what styles I liked, brought those as well as her own suggestions. She stayed with me addressing any questions I had. The only time she left me was when I narrowed my choice down to two dresses so that way I could have time to myself to decide without pressure. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured.The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is simply because DB lacks a diverse selection in terms of what I was looking for but that is no way a reflection of this particular location. FYI I did go early on a weekday so if that is possible for you I would highly recommend it because the store was relatively empty and I'm sure that made a difference.

This is the worst Davids Bridal! The associates leave you alone for long periods of time. They do not seem to care that you cannot get in and out of a dress by yourself. No customer service training at all! It was the worst experience of my life. I know it is not Kleinfields but can somebody get serious! It is so sad that they do not take their jobs seriously. The day before I called to make an appointment Iwas on hold for 20 minutes and when I spoke to a different person they didn't even apologize. When you first walk in they don't even greet people and you feel uncomfortable from the very beginning! The store is practically empty during the week and I don"t understand why they act like it is so busy! I am royally upset becasue there is absolutely no structure and my asssociate suggested I buy a dress just so she could move on to the next customer. The associates are dressed like they just rolled out of bed they look completely unprofessional. Do not shop at this DB you will regret!
