Make sure you get a nail tech you already know and trust, or the manager... and if the person working on your nails seems in any way to be "learning", insist on someone else. They let a beginner practice on me and my left little finger's nail grew in *in two pieces* for years after he injured it. Before that I'd been going there for a couple of years and loved it. But I haven't been back since... to ANY nail salon.
