DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

I had a brand new pair of boots that I purchased with a broken zipper.

I took them to Alex shoe repair, because i like to support local business and it is less than a mile from my home.

He asked me if they were worth saving. I told him," yes" as I had paid 200 dollars for them and had yet to wear them. He handed me a ticket and told me he needed 2 weeks.

I returned 2 weeks later he informed me he had not had a chance to fix them.

I returned several more times. I wasn't in a hurry as it was now summer and I didn't need them until fall.

Finally 4 months later i went in handed him my ticket, he went to the back for several minutes. I called back to him,"need some help finding them?" He grunted. I walked in the back and started looking on the shelves. I didn't see them anywhere. Then I looked to my right and in a pile waist deep and a yard wide there they were . I pulled them out. I said , "you have got to be kidding me." Untouched and discarded.

I took them to another shoe repair in Worthington. They replaced the zipper. Just in time for fall.
