I have never stayed at a “rehab” facility before but I visited two/three different ones to see friends and I was basically very disappointed. So at first I decided not to stay at one. But after visiting Arlington Court and staying there for 10 nights, I changed my opinion. It is the next best thing to staying at your own house. Everybody I met there was extremely helpful and in a sense wonderful.

This facility is so clean. The staff is very nice and answered all my questions regarding my husband. I have been to many other nursing homes to visit and they all had a smell that I didn't like. Overall this was a very pleasant experience for both me and my husband.

I commend all the staff at Arlington Court for their part in seeing that my stay there was great in helping me recover from surgery. Staff, nurses, aids, physical therapy are awesome! I would recommend your facility to my family and friends.

All people, from nurses to aides to housekeepers were friendly and able to perform their work with expertise. The PT's were outstanding in their quest to make my therapy the best for my condition. A shout-out to Surbrina and Kim (aides); and Andrea (RN) for extra special care. I left knowing that I would be able to continue to improve at home. Thanks so much Arlington Court.

There could have been NO BETTER PLACE for my rehab than ACNC. From skilled nursing care to PT/OT, managing my doctor visits and care plan, the team anticipated my needs and delivered consistently. I am deeply thankful for my time at ACNC.

A rough start being admitted during a holiday weekend and some issues going in with pain management. But after these were resolved, my overall experience was a positive one. Therapy was agressive and I left the facility with a cane less than three weeks after a total knee replacement. I even made some friends and joined in some activities. Thank you also to the nurses, the STNAs and housekeeping for their care.

This place is NOT for anyone that needs medical care. If someone just needs physical rehab, it's probably ok, but if your loved one has a medical condition, do not subject them to Arlington Court or Dr. Lee. We almost lost my mom thanks to Dr. Lee's lack of care. We ended up calling an ambulance (while Dr. Lee and Arlington Court said it was not necessary and tried to stop us). Once Riverside examined her, she went right into intensive care and was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks! Thank goodness we insisted she leave Arlington Court via ambulance, or she would probably not be here today. So thankful that we followed our instincts!

Very unhappy with this facility and do not recommend it for anyone you may care about. Nursing staff (except for 1 or 2) have been slow to respond and delay getting pain medication to my patient here. Physical therapists have not seemed to know what to do and just put in their hour so they can be billed. Dieticians stopped providing menus for ordering after a few days and just delivered whatever, even though it was not the proper diet. The staff was supposedly trained by Riverside Hospital staff to take care of certain post-surgical patients but don't know what to do. As a health care provider myself, I am now working to make sure my physician colleagues know that this is not a place that should be recommended.

I would recommend this SNF to anyone. My room was large and comfortable. The nurses were outstanding, cleaning personnel were pleasant and friendly. Physical and occupational therapy girls were a pleasure to work with. I wish I could remember all of their names, but Chelsie, Megan and Molly stand out. Thank you for your care!

When our father arrived at Arlington Court from Dublin Hospital in August, he was not sure why he was here. He soon found Gabby and Betty to be his best friends. Gabby made him feel secure. Betty made him feel loved (even though he reminded her he was married). They cared for his well being and for that we are eternally grateful. As time went on he met Andrea, Maggie, Christina, Aaron and countless more (we have forgotten some names and are sorry). As his heart took a turn for the worse and his body no longer responded, in his heart and mind we know he felt your care and love and for that we are thankful. Aaron, you calling him "Poppa" made him feel so loved and you certainly have a gift for this line of work. Please keep on giving to others as you did for our father, for it made him feel important as his body was withering away. Gabby, we hope you have 70 years of wonderful wedded bliss and we wish you all the best in your upcoming marriage. Betty, we hope you find a home so all of your family can live together. We will always remember the caring touch and feelings you had for our father. Andrea, you were there at the end, making him feel safe on his journey.

While I have been staying at Arlington Court, my stay has been excellent. They took good care of me. I am anxious to get back home to Avia. If you want perfect care, come here, don't hesitate!

I was discharged to this facil...

I was discharged to this facility at our request because of the wonderful care I recieved following the amputation of 2/3 of a leg in 2007. However , in October 2012, three days after returning to this facility, I was transfered to a sister facility without the knowledge or consent of my legal power of attorney. The reason for my transfer from Arlington Court is that it is now a smoke-free facility, which they did not inform the hospital physicans or my legal power of attorney before my transfer, even though the records specified that I am a smoker. They also failed to pass on the medications or the list of medications from the hospital to the facility to which I was transferred, Subsequently the second facility was without a clear picture of my medication needs, my routine medications frequency or dosing. They also failed to turn over to me my copies of the discharge papers and prescriptions from the hospital doctors to me or to the nursing home where they transferred me.
