I come to Columbus, Ohio 4-5 times a year and always rent from Enterprise. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Their rates are good. I have had a couple of family emergencies and they have always been very helpful with changes in the reservation.

Wonderful service, amazing car. They helped me with everything, went over the car with me before and even showed me tricky things about the car (such as the open fuel cap button was in a funny place so they made sure I knew where it was). They had an ice scraper in the car because they knew what the weather was like and they let me drop off the car in another location with zero issues. Enterprise has the best prices, staff, and vehicles.

Free upgrade to a Toyota Corolla, I am not sure what we were going to be driving before that but it must have been extremely small. Car smelled a bit but nothing that was really offensive. Paid for pre-paid gas which was around $25 and realized after we left the airport that the car had less than 1/2 tank in it so I had to put gas in it during the weekend in order to drive it. Enterprise did remove the pre-paid gas charges when I returned the car. We always rent from Enterprise and travel quite a bit and we are always happy customers!

Very Busy. Was given a free upgrade since they didnt have the one I reserved. Not much wait time and they brought the rental down to me since i had to wait for a bit for one to be found.

I like renting from Enterprise because their representatives are dressed professionally and are always courteous and helpful. This rental wasn't the best car (had some transmission issues), but Enterprise is always my first choice.

Had an unexpected need for a rental car and had to choose from all the vendors at the Columbus airport. While price was the main driving factor of my choice, I still won in all fronts including car choice, professionalism, and service! Kudos to the entire team!

From my experience Enterprise is the best of any of the car rental agencies and after renting from them in the past at the same places I've experienced the efforts they have made to make them the number 1 rental agency. Their customer service is top notch and the rental process efficient and streamlined for a quick experience.

I forgot my jacket in car trunk while returning car in CMH airport. I called up to them next day and asked about my jacket. They told that the car was rented by some other customer and will be returned by night. When I called next day, the response was same. Finally the lady was fed up with my call and she straight away told that there is no jacket in the car. Staff is too negligent. How can they give a car for a rent to other customer, without checking the car. In my case I forget jacket, if someone places some harmful thing in car while returning. There is no security with enterprise. Seriously hate their management and staff at CMH airport.

They put a GARS charge on my rental even though I am not affiliated with the Federal Government. I called and spoke with a manager there that was very rude and hung up with I asked for an amended receipt. I will try not to do business with them again. I travel a lot and use enterprise most often. This was the worst customer service I have had.

When we arrived in Columbus, we were told they had a shortage of cars like we had reserved so they offered us a larger car at the same price as the one we had reserved. They also said that there would be no charge for gas. We were very pleased with the service we received.
