I found Moe on Instagram, & after being extremely impressed by her pictures and work, decided to take a chance and to book an appointment with her to have my hair done. WHAT A MISTAKE! I stayed up all night to remove my current sew in, woke up at 5am the day of my appointment to wash & detangle, & was good to go only to receive an email 30mins before my appointment saying the following: "Unfortunately I will have to Cancel your appt for 10:30 I cam reschedule you for another time, I am not feeling well. Sent from my iPhone"
No phone call, no text, no apology, just an email right before my appointment saying this mess. Here's the kicker: I looked on her IG account that weekend only to find pics of her attending a concert the same day!!!! She also made a post the night before saying she would be ditching all of her appointments because of this concert. How inconsiderate and unprofessional!!!!!! It's clear she does not care about her clients, so I encourage you to visit another salon.

Monecka Freeman is the only professional stylist that can do my hair without a plan ( I typically have no clue as to what I want done to my hair) and I am completely happy and amazed with the results every time!
