Alice 1234321 has no idea what she is talking about, and she can and should take her business somewhere else, the staff at jcovalynn are friendly enthusiastic and actually know how to cut hair if you don't appreciate a good hair cut go to great clips or something else over at jcovalynn they have the top of the line hair stylist who if he were to move to a different state I would travel there to get a hair cut!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience! Don't waste your time or money. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. They do not open on time, they also have a hard time communicating between staff, so know one gets back to you. Then when confronted with the issue the owner yells and complains about her personal life and about how difficult it is to run a business and that even though she is freaking out on the phone she will kindly still provide the service for me because "she is that good". Seriously the most unprofessional place I have experienced in Columbus, a major major disappointment! I highly do not recommend.



I usually do not like to complain or call a place out like this, but I feel completely upset and disgusted by the whole experience.
