Sold my mom a $100 synthetic wig when she came in asking for a natural hair wig. She is 80 years old and lost an eye to cancer, which causes her extreme pain when she has pressure on her head. She wore the wig this morning and because she was not measured for fit, the wig, which was too small, caused her debilitating pain. The owner did not make sure that she knew that once the wig left the store, she could not return it. He felt that since it is on a sign in the store somewhere and on the receipt, she should have known. You don't get a receipt until AFTER a purchase, so without being made aware verbally, there is no way for a buyer to know that there is a no return policy. She didn't even have the wig for 24 hours. Very disappointed that my mother was parted from her money so easily.
