that is the best movie theater.

My son and I went this past Tuesday, January 20, 2008. I picked him up from school and rushed through all the traffic. We made it on time to buy tickets for the 4:40 movie of Changling. We proceeded to go into theater number 5 where it was showing. Unfortunately, after all the previews High School Musical was going to show. My son and I of course immediately got up and went to the concession to complain that our show was not showing. Had we entered into the wrong theatre or did their weekday times change and we weren't familiar with them. Well another customer a lady had walked out of the number 5 theater and beat us to the concession stand where she told them that Changling was not on in theater number 5. My son and I approached the same young lady at the concession and told her we were there with the same complaint. We then proceeded to go back to theater number 5 where previews were showing again and our movie showed, "Changling". Wow, what a great movie no wonder it's up for acadamey awards. But even more impressive to my son and I was how fast and easy the communication process went from the concession stand to the person handling the projector at the movie theater. Great work guys this was very impressive to me. I have been in full houses of theaters packed where a wrong movie was aired which was very disappointing to me being that was not the movie I wanted to see. Management never did anything about it at this same theater they had run out of pop corn even again who ever took inventory or ordered supplies was not on the ball. Let me tell you where this was it was in Lake Tahoe, NV at the Horizon Casino Theatre, this is suppose to be a tourist area. Wow, I am impressed my own home town gives better customer service then a tourist area, that is very, very impressive. Keep up the wonderfoul work.
