I took my vehicle to be repaired because of an accident to this shop and when I got my car back I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work performed. My first issue was that my vehicle was promised on a certain date and THAT wasn't true. I waited almost 13 days from the estimated date of completion for them to call me and tell me my vehicle was ready. The work performed was not professional. There were areas that were not sanded and areas where the paint showed dip marks. The panels were not aligned correctly and at first I refused to take possession of the vehicle until it was completed to my satisfaction. The owner Mark Harrison told me very loudly that if I didn't take the vehicle of his f----n property he would charge me for storage and place a lien on it. I called the police but they said it was a civil matter and suggested that I just leave and then try to sue him.
