iwas greeted walking through the door. i bought a bow and a pistol. all my questions were answered. i even bought a cleaning kit after being asked if i had one, and i didn't. that is must to have for proper gun cleaning. i highly recommend.

Overall lack of professionalism--handing weapons to customers without proper clearing procedures, lack of product knowledge, poor after the sale support, and zero return policy. Their overall "Buyer Beware" attitude is not an excuse for selling people the wrong items. The one redeeming quality is they do give a 10% military discount, but this does not make up for their extremely high price mark up. I purchased an I.O.,Inc M214 (AK) from them. The weapon is good and the other supporting merchandise was good (with exception, read below). I only purchased the weapon from them as they were the only shop in town with one (key word: One). After trying to exchange a collapsible stock (for an M4) that I was sold "as a direct replacement", I was met with such opposition that I sought out an adapter online to make it fit my new AK. I wonder if it is just that they NEED the money that bad or they do not know how to process a refund outside of handing over cash...

Do not let the aesthetically appealing store front fool you... If you want high prices and hillbilly level customer service with a rude zero return policy (on new, unused items that were improperly sold to you) then this is the store for you. Out of all the gun stores in the area, I wish I would have just been patient and ordered a firearm elsewhere. Hopefully my experience can help others to avoid an unnecessarily complicated buying experience.
