I'd say go somewhere else! They are RUDE! Not only do they overcharge (and they admitted that they overcharged by the way when we called) but they do shoddy work. Let me put it this way. If you pay full price, the work may be ok (but check the price when you get there (write it down) and when you check out, and call back when you leave, I bet it will be cheaper by a buck or 2. Now then, if you use any discount...expect corner store quality, if that good. I took my boots there years ago (another location) and the work was wonderful - this location is just plain awful. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. My wife and I will never use Houston Shoe Hospital again.

I want to personally thank Percy for an exceptional job on restoring one of my favorite shoes. I highly recommend this store and Percy for the BEST JOB!
