I am writing this review to warn others of what has happend to me while doing business with this company, FIRST OPTION MORTAGE. My home was appraised for one amount, so they sent another appraiser to do a second appraisal in order to raise the value of my home, which I did not realize what was happening at the time. I was trying to refinance my home again and now I am upside down on my home value, and cannot get refinanceed,due to this sneaky and underhanded business practice.
