Provided by YP.comI've lived in the neighborhood served by the DeMoss station for 35 years, and never had any problems. In the last 4 months, I've received about 10 packages. Five of them were too big to fit in my apartment mailbox, and were delivered to the apartment office, where I picked them up later. Of the 5 packages that would easily have fit in my box, 3 have been lost. All 3 times were on different Saturdays when my regular carrier was not working. When I called the supervisor after the 3rd item was lost, I was ready to give her the time and dates of all deliveries so she could determine if all three items were lost by the same person, and her response was to tell me it could've been 2 or 3 different people, and to look up the dates and times would "require an investigation". After 35 years without a mishap, they lose 3 of 5 packages for a 60% average, and all I get is an apology and that she'll tell that carrier to be more careful? Afraid to fire an incompetent (or a thief?) who might go postal much?
