I wish I could put no stars this company have the worst customer service ever they are rude and disrespectful. It's family owned so complaining get you no where, they seem racist and didn't care to pay is any attention for my sons party . We payed for service that we didn't get. No helped with the cake and no cleaned the table off no one came to check and see if we needed anything . The host was rude and said I wasn't worth it and when I explain to the manager she asked why I didn't come before the party ended to complain or look for my host . Last time I checked I payed y'all for service not the other way around.

Stop Stop do not book your kids party here worst customer service ever they are rude and when you pay for a party you basically paying for a set up . They don't help you with anything and don't check to see if you need anything. When I complained about the service I was told I want worth it and the host walked away went to the manager and she said why I didn't say anything before she also said that the host are not responsible for the party we are so why am I booking s party with you . Please don't have your child's party here you wil regret it

Best place to go in twon they have nice staff I love going there .. It has been open for a long time
