I went to get a pedi and a new set of nails, I told them I wanted coffin/ballerina style and she acted like she knew what she was doing however she kept asking if it was done right which I told her no. She finally got a couple to look like the shape so I figured that she would even them out once she got further along.....she didn't. I had already paid and was extremely upset so I told her my boyfriend would be in for a refund. They refused to give us a refund until we got on the phone with the bank in which case they finally refunded the money but only after hacking off her butchered work leaving intentional jagged edges. Now I will be going to another salon to get the rest removed and a new set. I've never been more dissatisfied with a set of nails than I was today. YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!
