Is there a way to give 50 stars? Renu offers something so refreshing and particular for me as a veteran.

First: the people. Nino is the primary tms tech. He has such a calm disarming presence that makes the whole process stress free (not that there is a need to stress--but some of us do anyway). He is very sensitive to how each patient is doing and will pull up a chair if he senses it's been a rough day.

The front of the office is run by another gentle soul, victoria. She definitely keeps everything together for them on scheduling and any insurance issues or veteran's billing issues.

The mental health professionals are very on top of their game. Theresa is a leader in the counseling field as both a professor for mental health nurse practitioner students in the master's program and a state leader in forensic psychology as well as a great listening ear in counseling. Likewise, lyndsay, who is the owner, has such a passion for people and has her expertise in everything from children with autism to the most extremely needy people in residential mental health facilities and everything in between.

The technology: ok, if you're not familiar with what tms is or how it provides a relief of several mental health and neurological conditions, i would encourage you to do some research on their website.

But in their facility they have the most state of the art "deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (deep tms) equipment in the world by brainsway first approved by the fda around 2013. It has so surpassed the primitive tms (i.E. "Figure 8 coil") that it not only is much better at relieving major depression and anxiety, but also is very effective with ptsd, ocd, treating addiction, including smoking, and more. If you want tms, don't go for the old technology of neurostar or others, get the brainsway treatment from renu.

Veteran support: they know the VA billing process and make sure things work well.
