Took my wife to this store and she was dressed casual and is silver headed average size older woman. They did not ask hear if she needed help even tho others arriving after her they jumped on and when she got discouraged and left she noticed them telling others sorry they didnt have what they wanted but never said word to her ever! Our first and last visit to this company as my wife was dressed decent just not fancy...
