Betty's was great! I first went to their website and before I completed the order I called. The florist told me what plants they had and said she would even add more than the picture! My friend was floored! Her father had passed away and the thought that her friends from Charlotte would send something in Knoxville! Going local always is better! Betty's was fantastic and prompt in delivery plus didn't charge like other florists in the area for less!

This is an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL florist! I called to order specific flowers that they had just ran out of , and they gave me numbers to nearby florists for me to try to call. I had to send flowers to a friend with cancer and they really helped me out! I will DEFINITELY call Betty's next time to send flowers first before anyone else!
