After coming to this shop for quite some time, well over a year, possibly two, I received a very bad nail job. The polish was very thin. I didn't say anything at first, but went back the next day. I have never never gone back anywhere. I was treated very rudely. Told they didn't have time to fix it, and it was my fault for the color choice. The job is so bad any self-respecting nail shop wouldn't have sent me out like that in the first place. It looks like baby food. Everyone, and I mean everyone who has looked at my nails says the same thing. Customer service was awful for a long time customer. I have family members that go here too. He said he knew that, but it didn't change his attitude. So much for customer loyalty. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.
