You know my parents who are in their 70's have just had a terrible time with this group. They were told and signed paperwork for my dad's dentures. They paid $2,000 and were led to believe that was all that was owed. After my father's teeth were pulled and his mouth had healed it was time for the permanent dentures. It was at this time they were told they owed another $500. The ability to have any kind of resolution has not been even attempted and I am beginning to wonder if they prey on the elderly. AVOIDING this dental office is the best advise I have to give!

Waited over 2 hours.

My husband waited about 45 minutes for his initial dental exam and cleaning. He went back a week later for a filling. His appointment was at 3:00. He made his payment at 3:30. By 5:30 he still had not been seen (I can't believe he waited that long, but that's what happens when he doesn't get specific instructions ahead of time). He asked how much longer and at that point he was told another hour. He got his refund and left. He will never go back. I am thankful that they didn't end up touching his teeth. If this is how bad they run the business aspect of the practice, Lord only knows how bad the dental work is.

Shifty pricing Bait and Switch

Prices in the phone book do not apply. A root canal & crown costs $1375 insted of the price in the ad. Will not put prices in writing when asked or in person. Prices change at will. They want $5,000 and give a stickey note with scribbles with prices that don't hold
