I have ordered many special order kits, never paid for shipping and received the kit within two weeks. Their prices beat all on line prices. There is a competitor that gives out discounts up to 40%, however the price was jacked up 30 to 40 %, which is no deal and they don't special order kits!

Came in looking for Gundam models, while the selection isn't huge they carry some very nice models and even premium kits. The service was very nice they answered my questions and the owner even gave some modeling tips. Loved the vibe here defintly will be back!

This hobby shop has the worst customer service and repair service is beyond terrible! I brought my RC car in to be fixed on a Wednesday, by Friday they had not even attempted to order the parts like they said they would. When I spoke with them on the phone they said I had to get the parts. So I did, I brought it to them. An hour later they called and said it wouldn't work with that part. Then an hour after that they called back and said they got it! It was ready to be picked up. I go in to get it, they tell me my bill is $48 for the labor. Then I noticed the exhaust was missing and other parts were not hooked back up! They quickly fixed all that and sent me on my way. I get home, and then noticed they gave me back the wrong controller! So now I had to haul ass back down there before they closed to get the right one. Funny thing is they said that happens all the time! Yet they don't think they need a better system then??? This place is ridiculous!

I visited your store over the weekend and want to thank you for removing and not selling the new 1:150 scale model USS UNITED STATES by Revell. This model is a false representation of the frigate and misleading to the public. In 1976 Revell manufactured a 1:96 scale model with the poop deck and balistrade. This structure on the stern was the distinguishing feature that seperated the USS UNITED STATES from her sisters CONSTITUTION and PRESIDENT. The structure was added by Commodore John Barry as her first commanding officer (and first commanding officer of the United States Navy). If a model company were to produce a simily of the TITANAC without the fourth stack, would it be the TITANAC? Or if it were to produce a model of the B17G without the chin turret, whould it be called the B17G? It is easy to dupe the unknowing public, but by not carrying the 1:150 model of the USS UNITED STATES you have contributed to avoiding such action by Revell, and for that I commend you. Posti
