My experience with Red Rock has been a long journey, but a wonderful one. From the beginning to the end, the staff has been extremely warm, caring, and compassionate. They truly are angels, all of them. Dr. Littman is an amazing woman dedicated to helping her patients. She helped me to conceive and 6 months ago I gave birth to my amazing little boy, Sam. I only hope that Dr. Littman continues to help other couples who were having the same troubles as we were. THANK YOU.

Dr. Littman and her staff are amazing! They take such great care of all their patients and show compassion and genuinely care for each individual patient. The attention we receive is beyond words and I'll always be thanking Red Rock for all of their help!

As a current patient of this center, I would like take the time to say how amazing they are. I am beyond grateful for all of their help and there aren't enough words to describe how amazing they've treated me. They genuinely care about all their patients and you really can feel that when you come in for an appointment.

I've been reading so many of these reviews and I start to wonder if this is really a cliche of what "someone" wants us to think . Everything talks about Dr. Littman and the "great" work she does. Which is not bad.....if it's miracles that she makes, more power for you to choose her as your fertility doctor. But going as far as naming her receptionist (LINDSEY) in almost every other review makes it sound so fake. Maybe it is Lindsey that is writing all of these stories for Dr. Littman.....? Just my opinion.

My wife and saw Dr. Littman for our fertility care for the last 4months. We had embryos inserted into my wife twice and both came out negative. The worst part about our experience was how we received the bad news. Dr. Littman call my wife and left messages on her cell phone with the bad news. How can someone in her position do that to us. It was the most devastating thing my wife ever when through. Her reason was she was "too busy" with other patients. Dr Littman, you are heartless and i will tell everyone I know not to see you.
