Never again Gene's. Wildly inaccurate quote leading to a bill that was 30% higher then promised. The job also took over a week longer then promised. Also, miss information given about options and goosed parts prices. The manager David was not willing to work it out at all. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and I have referred them to others over the years - but not anymore.

I tried Gene's, and they seem like a decent shop, but they said my Mitsubishi Mirage needed repairs to the A/C that later mechanics didn't think I needed. It was more expensive having Gene's as my mechanic than the mechanics I found later. Good customer service, and I'm not saying they're dishonest. I just think that they erred on the side of saying my car needed more expensive work than necessary.

David is the man. He got my 1968 IH Scout in wonderful driving order. Perfect.
