Horrible Quality nothing like the online picture and herendous customer service. A definite rip off

I ordered sympathy flowers for $50 and I received about five flowers, you could see the stirofoam, the container was puke green, and I was extremely embarassed to give them to my co-worker. I called to request a new set of flowers similiar to what I thought I ordered online and someone said they would deliver new ones and never did. I've been calling for days trying now to just get mey money back. I will never use them again.
