Ballroom dancing has been a life-long dream, but life always got in the way. Now, with kids grown and gone, I'm doing the one thing that keeps me wanting more. I started lessons at Let's Dance Ballroom Studio, earlier this year, just to learn a few basic moves. All the instructors there are wonderful and I've found I have a passion for wanting to learn more than just the basics. If you've ever thought you might like to try ballroom dancing, Let's Dance in Maryville is the place to go. I highly recommend them for quick learning and confidence on the dance floor. Give them an opportunity to help you and you can thank me later!!!!!!

At Let's Dance, professional instructors provide private and group lessons, as well as Friday night practice parties. The staff is flexible in scheduling private lessons to accommodate the student's calendar. Though I began lessons to prepare for dancing with my son at his wedding reception, a year has passed and now I dance for the fulfillment of competition, for therapy as a distraction from pain, for exercise, and for social interaction. The instruction at Let's Dance goes far beyond my expectations. The professional instructors give me strength, hope, and courage to grow. I thank them for the beauty of dancing. Thursday, April 26, 2012, will be my one-year anniversary as a student at Let's Dance Ballroom Studio in Maryville, Tennessee. I began lessons so I would not embarrass my son or myself as we danced at his May, 2011, wedding reception. Eleven months later, dance has become a passion and I am still taking lessons. At Let's Dance, professional instructors allow one to dance as much or as little as one wants. Private and group lessons, as well as Friday night practice parties, are available. Private lessons can be planned to accommodate the student's agenda as Let's Dance is flexible in scheduling. Now, I dance for the sense of fulfillment in competition, for therapy as a distraction from pain, for exercise as I value a healthy lifestyle, and for social interaction. My husband & I are empty nesters and rediscovering each other again. We also wanted to learn to "dance with a purpose" and feel confident on the dance floor at social events. I am having so much fun taking private lessons and going to classes at this studio! Chris and Beth are great instructors and make learnign fun. This is a wonderful workout while learning a useful skill. I plan on going on a cruise soon and want to get in the action on the dance floor.
