WARNING DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Sliding glass doors installed backwards AND windows mounted wrong! Currently we are under contract to do all my doors, windows, and garage door but they have chose not to respond to phone calls or emails. I paid them 60% down up front and the balance is due upon completion.They have refused to complete the job and actually demanded more money!. Currently waiting for 2 more doors and 1 window. This project has started 2 months ago and I have had to call them back out over 5 times and this job still isn't finished as follows: Completely reinstall my sliders that were installed backwards (the low-e pane was on the inside of my home) I found out after sending pictures to the manufacture, To clean their construction debris including dirty finger marks and nasty smudges from installation, The sliding door locks do not match "for each door, 2 locks per door with different keys and they do not know how to fix it" (but one slider has the same key lock for both doors?), Missing bumbers on all windows and sliding doors to prevent damage (handles slamming into each other), Missing screen brackets to prevent screens from falling out, Incorrectly set screws in EVERY window - I also found out this was wrong after sending pictures to manufacture, and the list goes on. Now they want out of their own contract but yet have the audacity to ask for more money. To be continued...

Update: 12/17/2019 Failed inspection for improper window mounting and not the correct drawings. They even modified the permit and removed 1 window and 2 doors...

Very happy with the quality, insulation and sales of our windows. Ray Salazar was very professional and easy to work with. He accommodated our busy schedule. Installation was fast and professional. I would use American Made Windows of Central Florida again and would highly recommend them.

I ordered windows for my sun porch from them and they are wonderful. Service was very good. The gentleman that put them in was great. He was very polite, considerate & a perfectionist. Will be using them again for other windows.

Unlike most contractors, these guys actually showed up. I had new hurricane windows installed throughout my house and Ray came out and was very professional. Not only did he give me a phenomenal price, his team worked for two full days making sure the installation was completed correctly. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

American Made Windows are a great company to work with. They were very organized from the moment I recieved my qoute to when the job was actually finished. I enjoyed how personable they were throughout the whole process and help with any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had two windows replaced and the screens on both windows fell into the room with a slight breeze when they were opened. The screens are obviously too small for the window as there is space where the bugs can get in around the edge and they did not have enough of the little clips to hold them in place had they been a little more snug anyway. The company DID offer to order larger screens with more brackets so I wait patiently to see if that takes place.

As for their installers, they cracked the stucco all around the exterior of one window opening leaving a 5" square hole down to the mesh in one of the corners. Although I showed this damage to the company they didn't take responsibility and offer to repair it or rebate me any money. I had to pay a stucco contractor and paint it myself to match the old wall. Not impressed.
