Wish I was aware of this company's policy before dealing with them. Went to purchase a microwave. Measurements in hand, were told we didn't need them, all above-stove micros the same---WRONG!! So picked one out, they checked back room, none in stock, had to be ordered. BEWARE, NOW they consider it a SPECIAL ORDER which we were not aware and not informed. Two weeks later, installer came, moved our stove FIRST?? HELD UP A TEMPLET and said it wouldn't fit! Told us granite would have to be cut!! or plywood built up in back!! etc., so we asked for our money back. This is when we met the rudest, loudest, self-righteous owner, Chris, in all our seventysome years of living! He kept 25% restocking, install fee of $100. So he kept almost half our money and we have no microwave--we have nothing--but a BAD EXPERIENCE! Oh yes, we called GE Co., was given a model number they said would fit but he refused to order it because he knew it wouldn't fit our space!! and he was right because he was the owner!! Heard this one over and over! So now we have learned a valuable lesson--we will NEVER SHOP AT TOPLINE APPLIANCE AGAIN!! Home Depot and Lowes DO NOT have this policy like they told us! WRONG AGAIN!! Hoping to save someone else from having same experience!

I flip houses for a living and I have been buying appliances from Topline of Melbourne for years. I tried all the other guys but Topline was cheaper, more knowledgeable, extremely courteous, offered me better service and always delivered and installed on time. I still check prices from time to time and Topline always beats everybody's prices. I but the complete stainless steel package; a side by side refrigerator, glass top range, dishwasher and microwave. I let Topline deliver and install them every time. I have never had any problems. I will continue to buy from Topline of Melbourne for a very long time

I would give this business a negative rating if I could. The service tech cancelled my appointment because it was raining. He told me his truck broke down and told his boss that I broke down! LIAR! I did not know that at the time and rescheduled the service. GUESS what he used the same LIE! I know this because the service manager said there is nothing wrong with the truck I am sure he will be out. Then the tech NO SHOWED for the service. DON'T do business with them!!

Terrible! wish they had a 0 rating

Take my advice go else where. They tried charging me $25 for ohm testing my burner without telling me there was a charge. They said they would take off the charge for the part needed if I purchased it through them. Three weeks later I found they never ordered it. They gave me a bogus tracking number. I can't see how they are still in business.

I ordered the past myself and a day and a half later o had my part.

These people are insulting and rude after they get the sale. I bought several appliances from their store including a dishwasher. They didn't tell me that I needed to purchase a water line so the installer hooked the dishwasher to a cheap line. My dishwasher flooded a few weeks later and they refuse to put in a claim on their insurance, and called me a liar and insulted me. I am now out my deductible of $2500.

If I could give this company z...

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I bought an entire kitchen of applances from them. Refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. Spent over 6000 dollars. They couldnt have been nicer while they were taking my money. I also paid an additional 275 dollars for delivery and install. The man they sent out to install refused to complete the install of the microwave because he said cabinets were in the way. I was also told that this installer would complete the installation of the refrigerator and range. He refused saying it was not his job. I called the store and was told I would have to pay another 50 dollars to have the installer come back out to complete the install of the range and refrigerator. Install of the microwave is still wrong as I can't open my microwave door more than a few inches. I'm going to have to call someone else to out to do the job properly. Remember I paid 325 for installation and delivery and its still not right! Owners could not have cared less. Wish I had gone to Lowes or Home Depot instead, Topline said they would beat their prices but after the install and delivery and aggravation I wound up paying more. Please do not purchase anything from this company! You will regret it.
