Great experience with this company. We had a problem with our copy/fax machine and they came right away to fix the problem. I recommend this company to everybody.

I typically never write reviews for companies but JCM's customer service is TERRIBLE and do not recommend using this company at all. The only time they'll respond to you, is when you owe them money. We had a printer that didn't work for a month. We called everyday and received no help.
