Dwight at the Teutonia Ave. Post Office is very friendly and very helpful!

Did not deliver a priority package on time.

We arrived a little after 4pm to mail our Passport. They showed me that the envelop was still open to accept our passport and would not make an exception to go through what would have taken 2 minutes of their time.....there were no lines, they were not busy. But of course, rules are rules! No wonder the the U.S. Postal System is in trouble. A job with rigid rules where people cannot think on their feet! What an asset to our country!!!!

This is the worst post office in the city of Milwaukee. They have lazy workers that dont want to deliver the mail on time and use bad language if you question why your mail was held for three days before it was delivered to your home. I would not recommend ANYONE to live in this postal zip code. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
