When I contacted Justin at Grand Oaks Termite he was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his professionalism. When he came to give me an estimate he was very honest and upfront with me on what needed to be done now and what could wait for a while. He wasn't pushy at all, just explained the situation and gave me my options. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he did.

We called Grand Oaks as soon as we saw a sign of termites Justin Came out and was very knowledgeable. He went through the house from top to bottom and new what needed to get done. I highly recommend Grand Oaks.

I was fixing up a room above our garage that had a few wooden boards with dry rot. I needed these boards fixed ASAP. Justin came to inspect the problem area on the day I called him, and then completed the work the very next day! He also found some fungus and treated it so that we'll never have this issue again. I appreciated Justin's promptness and friendly demeanor.

Justin was very thorough checking around the house, in the garage and in the attic. Justin did a very good job and explained what he was doing and showed me how to spot for termites. I stayed with him the whole time during the termite treatment and asked him a lot of questions about termites which he did not mind answering my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone who has termite problems.

Justin was recommended to me to inspect the possible termite problem. Not only does Justin know his stuff, he is very thorough, professional, and yet personable. He showed me the problems I had all around my property, even areas I knew about, but had forgotten. After his inspection, I realized my termite problem was more serious than I had thought. I am just glad Justin put my mind at ease as he guarantees his work for one year. I believe his service was money well spent and I am very pleased with Grand Oaks Termite Control.

I had another termite control company perform service for a few termite spots found on some damaged fascia boards. They did a good job but couldn't do the repairs of the rotten wood. They referred me to Justin at Grand Oaks to do the work. He and his crew of genuine carpenters came out to remove the damaged fascia boards and some dry rotted beams (up high on the first and second stories!), they primed and painted all of the new, replacement pieces and installed them back in place like new. Justin and the guys even checked a couple of other small areas that you couldn't see from the ground and fixed those too. Two days and they were done. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was fair.

This is actually a double recommendation...from both my first termite control guy and me! I'm keeping Grand Oaks on my list for any future termite control AND repairs (you often need both). Highly recommended!
