My name is Johanna and this was my first time going to Harpeth Cleaners.This is by far the worst dry cleaners I have experienced due to poor customer service.Today is 7/11/2017I dropped my items on 7/10/2017I was informed yesterday that all my items would be ready today by 5 pmI showed up at 6:45 pm and asked the female who serviced me why is the bill less? She responded one item is not ready. The two piece. I said I needed that item... Her response was you didn't dropped the item off until today. What? My response was no I did not. She insisted on when I dropped the item off instead of apologizing on the fact they did not deliver all my items when they said they would.What makes it worse I look at my ticket it states 7/10/17. Her response was well I did not entrr into the system. She did not apologize. She who do I think I am when I said she treats customers rudely. This was an unbelievable experience and they will never see my business again

This is the best Dry Cleaners. Its a store that does all the Cleaning on that site. I really like it. They have very good counter help. If you like and care about good service. I would say use them..

My name is Carol. This is one of the best Dry Cleaners I have every used. This cleaner gets my clothes back to me very clean and has same day service. I just wanted to let people know that this is a very good cleaner because I would want someone to let me know the same thing.

I have never had any problems. I love Harpeth cleaners. The counter girls always know who I am and are so very friendly. I Tell all my friends at the office about their great service.

My wife has used this cleaner several times. they were never great or poor untill now. The dropped off a coat to be cleaned and repaired and was told to pick it up on Sat. only to find it hanging up front and not protected when she went to pick it up. and the very helpful lady upfront cound not figure out anything she was so clueless to the fact that the inside liner was completely falling out of the coat. And it was never cleaned. this is not a light issue because their was only one small place she wanted to have reworked to begain with nothing major at all and they simply destroyed this coat and could not even call us to let us know what happened but to just leave it up front and not protected and not even have a sure answer to when or if it would be repaired.

My wife and I have been using Dry Cleaners for a long time.

We have found that Most cleaners do not understand our needs or if they do, they just cant seem to get the job done. Harpeth Cleaners seems to be able to do it all.. Even Alterations and like I said,thats hard to find...
