The girls who work here are nice. The owner is rude. She's knowledgeable about dresses but her customer service is really bad. I bought my daughter's prom dress. I spent a lot of money but the way she treated us was rude. If you're going to spend your hard- earned money, go someplace where they will appreciate your business.

I had an excellent experience at Petals and Lace! I had run out of another bridal shop due to a negative experience, and I came here because it was only 10 minutes away from where I already was. I was immediately welcomed and the owner asked what I wanted. She let me look through the bridal room on my own, and one of the other coworkers pulled dresses for me to try on. I loved almost every single dress I tried on. The owner and other employee gave me extra attention; they gave me suggestions about styles, colors, additional pieces, etc. They respected my budget and style. They showed complete interest in me and what I wanted. I had not expected to find my wedding dress today, but I did and I couldn't be happier about my decision! Petals and Lace is AMAZING and I highly recommend them to any bride in Nashville!

We always buy our formals here. She has been in business 35 years, and she is very knowledgeable about the formal wear industry. Excellent customer service, a huge selection to choose from, and HIGH QUALITY formalwear. My daughter and I have shopped at other stores, and none compare to the exceptional quality and prices we find at Petals & Lace.
