Absolutely the Worst.

This company hires people that do not like their job, nor this company. We had one service person after the next not knowing what the prior service person did to our pool. Our chlorine levels went through the roof, and they claimed it to be normal...this was not the case when we got our water tested! Our pool was absolutely un-swimmable for weeks because of the shoddy service delivered by Arrow Pool. They lied about their service plan, and you can never get any follow-up from their main office. This company is totally out to lunch and ready to eat your hard earned money for their lunch! A word of warning...stay very far away from Arrow Pool!

These guys were aweful. I called 3 weeks ago asking them to come out and measure for a new pool safety cover that my uncle was supplying for me and give me a cost for installing pop ups around the pool for the cover. Over 3 weeks they told me on at least 4 different occasions that "we will be out today". After finally asking to speak to the manager and expressing my extreme displeasure, someone came out to my property. The next day I get an email with pricing to install the cover. When i called back and said I need the A+B measurements to order the cover, they said we do not provide that information. WTF? Why didn't someone tell me this 3 weeks ago? Now I am really late into the season and it is affecting my closing of the pool. Do not give them your business. Waste of time and money.
