I don't know who left those previous reviews or what cleaners/ tailor they went to, but this place is great. My family has gone here for years for alterations and dry cleaning. I have tried places all over Orlando in the last couple years and this is by far my favorite. I drive from downtown to this cleaner/tailor now. They have done my bridesmaids dresses as well as formal gowns for events and parties. I've referred several friends to them- many whom also drive here from downtown because they are the best!

Here is your RED FLAG! We were customers for a few years (5) and didn't have any major issues, until recently. They destroyed my son's slacks three days before a wedding in which he is the ring bearer. They chemically ruined his dress slacks and refused to reimburse us for having to purchase a new pair, two days before the wedding. The owner refused to allow his employees, both of whom stated they are obviously ruined, to reimburse us for the damage they caused. The owner refused to make himself availble and showed no concern regarding the prediament he put us in. Not a whiner or complainer, just giving everyone a heads up that service is no longer credible and customer service is not a concern for this business.
