HORRIBLE customer service

It doesn't make any sense that you have to leave a message regardless of what time you call and WAIT a day or two for someone to call you back. How about just picking up the phone when a customer calls you? Heaven forbid you are late making your payment... they'll sure pick up the phone and call you. As soon as I pay my car off, I'm switching insurance companies even though I have had them for over 15 years. The customer service has gone down hill within the last 3 years. I don't call very often, but when I do, I can't reach a person with a pulse for at least a day.
