BEWARE!!! BAD BAD LENDER!!!

I am very unhappy with the service I received and the way I was treated by Carol at Expert Mortgage Solutions. From the beginning there was a strong delay in communication and I should have backed away to begin with.
On several occasions Carol would say she would get in touch with that day via email but I would not receive a call until two days later and not until after 9pm. When calling the office her assistant would say she was unavailable constantly. I talked to her assistant more than I actually talked to her.
Carol told me she would get an appraisal application over first thing in the morning but I did not receive it until later at night after sending her an email I sent her expressing my frustration in the time delay. As this needed to be done quickly to fall in line with the contract's deadlines. I was told split payment was fine then told several hours later it wasn't causing yet another delay.
It was with this bad info and delayed timing that caused me to have to switch to a different lender because I did not receive my appraisal report until 10 business days later and the seller didn't feel confident that Expert Mortgage Solutions could close the deal in an acceptable time frame.
Through all of this Carol thought it was acceptable to email me a picture saying "breathe" instead of actually communicating with me and also sending me a text beginning with "umm...I got the email an hour ago" with something that was urgent and we needed info asap and then we didn't hear anything the rest of the day.
She stated to me all of her deals are treated equally but making a point to tell me she is only making $300 in comparison to her $3000 deals.
This woman has no dedication to her customer, is very rude, and also emailed me to drop me as a client in the middle of the deal. Luckily I have an awesome realtor with good connections to get me on track with someone who actually provides good service and cares about their customer
