I have taken my son over and over for what I thought he had an ear infection. The doctor said he did and prescribed him antibiotics. The ear infection went away. I took him several times after that for the same thing and the nurse practitioner Kristi Olivares would only say his ears were red on the inside but there wasn't an infection. He continued to rub and pull his ears. I took him maybe 2-3 times after and the nurse practitioner said it was nothing. I took him this last time and he saw an actual doctor and I told her I kept coming and the nurse practitioner kept saying it was nothing. WELL OF COURSE HE HAD AN EAR INFECTION THE WHOLE TIME!!! I guess she wanted to keep him sick so I could keep going for the money. NEVER AGAIN! Dr Chintapalli is great but no one else is. I'll never see a NP again.

Whoever answers the phones for appointments is extremely unprofessional and rude. But it seems like its business as usual in San Antonio.

All the doctors are horrible,rude and unskilled.Give this one a skip for there are better doctors out there who will focus on treating the kid and not giving sensless lectures to you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR OFFICE AT ALL, ALL THE DR'S THERE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AWFUL PLACE! DO NOT TRUST THESE DR'S AT A THRU Z PEDIATRICS WITH YOU'RE CHILD AT ALL. I WOULD NOT RATE THEM EVEN A 1 STAR BUT I HAD TO RATE AT LEAST 1 STAR TO POST THIS! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PLACE. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL DR'S! DO NOT GO THERE! I'M WARNING YOU DO NOT GO TO A THRU Z PEDIATRICS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Amazing and courteous staff both in front of and behind the scenes. Thank you Jennifer and Tori and thank you Nurse Practitioner Brittney! Made my experience as a first time Mommy much easier.

Love Dr.Chintapalli..My daughter Jackie was born less than 2 pounds and Dr.Chintapalli has been with her since birth. We were told by other doctors she would be retarded..With all Dr.Chintapalli's help and guidance , Jackie is 13 and in the honor society at school..God Bless her
