Bought a massage Groupon voucher for a couple's massage. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my brother and sister-in-law, who just completed chemotherapy. After purchasing, the owner refused to honor the voucher. When Groupon explained the definition of "Sales contract" he conceded. However, after multiple delays and two months later, the voucher was never redeemed. I look forward to telling everyone who will listen exactly what I think of the callous unprofessionalism of this owner, and can't wait until a business that will decline their own holiday gift vouchers is closed for good - No matter how many different dba's he wants to use for the same doomed business.
