My car required repair of a “scrape” along the passenger side doors. I dropped the car off on Mon am and retrieved it late Wed afternoon. The work was extremely well done! The average viewer would never know work had been done there. I apprecicate the support of Brian and his team in getting this project completed to my complete satisfaction in a very reasonable time period. Thanks to all the great folks in the Gunn Collision Center. I am usually stingy with recommendations, but I do highly recommend you select these folks when you need repair work done on your vehicles.

If a business has poor customer service I will not be back and I will warn other Consumers of my experience. Likewise if the Customer Service is OUTSTANDING as was the case with Christian Patino (Customer Service Manager). He made me feel that I was a valued customer and went beyond just being courteous. And he did it in a very GENUINE and relaxed manner. Kudos to Gunn Collision Northwest for hiring First Class talent.

Gunn collision was great to work with. My car looks great, and I got multiple calls to update me on the status of my car. Brian is who helped me, and he was more than pleasant and helpful.

I have had friends use this location before and was pleased to find out for myself that they do a great job. Chris was extremely professional and personable.
