La Madeleine on Broadway provides a disturbing dining experience due to one main reason: ALEX is the 'manager' and should not be. She is rude and unprofessional and has no concept of what customer service is. She has been rude and unprofessional to me on more than one occasion, most recently earlier this evening where she proved it's more important to help a friend at the check out counter download an App and leave a customer standing and waiting behind. She looked up and me and then proceeded with the App downloading event. She is a shoulder shrugging smartie pants child who has NO BUSINESS in restaurant work, much less being what is called a 'manager'. AWFUL- please remove her!
