The worst. They ruined my VERY expensive formal dress. They claimed I dropped it off damaged. No one called to let us know. They hung it and tagged it with my other 2 dresses as if it had been dry cleaned or laundered. They didn't inform me at pick up of their findings. I know they ruined it there. The employee accused me of trying to iron it. They never let me talk to the owner because he is never there. When I dropped off the dress I had 2 women look it over because they had no idea what to write on the ticket, whether it should be laundered or dry cleaned. Once they figured it out they knew what to charge. I should have known they were clueless and left. I finally called again for the owner and he agreed to refund me back for the service, never apologizing. I will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I can about my experience!

I am very unsatisfied with the service at this location. Twice I've taken pants there and received them back with burns. I confronted the manager and was told that it was dirt. I will not return to this location. Service could be improved by taking responsibiity for damamged clothing and applying a credit for future services.
