This company removed furniture from my residents today. The truck left a pool of oil on my birch pavers and they damaged the floor and the door frame removing the furniture. Continue looking for a better company that does a professional job.

Jet Stream Moving & Storage's team did a superb job packing North American nation in the future, so came back for a second appointment to load our pod. Each time, the fellas were on time, courteous, and worked exhausting. They did a terrific job. Everything was packed rigorously, and that we still marvel at what quantity stuff was rigorously packed in our pod. Jet Stream Moving & Storage gave North American nation a really affordable quote, and his team was value each penny. These guys ar nice.

If you read this, then you're smarter than I was. This company will lie to you and tell you they can move you at a great rate. The day of the move they will bump the price up from an estimate around $400 to $900. If sales tells you this isn't true they're LYING TO YOU! They will charge you tons of money for packing materials they require you to use, EVEN IF YOUVE ALREADY PACKED yourself! Stay away from this company, they should be reported for the scumbags they are. Lying, cheating company that takes advantage of people that have no other options come moving day. DONT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have had many bad experiences with moving companies from not showing up to being late! Jetstream Moving was great from the get go! Matt the Mover funny guy help me understand the cost additional of course for packing and wrapping services. They also were very accomadating when I called them in need of a last minute move. I have a 3 bedroom home that we had to move out of within 2 days due to Chinese Drywall & I was SOOOO STRESSED OUT! Jetstream Movers really came through! A local, family owned favorite, they came highly recommended as I was very pleased with the final cost and outcome! :)

JETSTREAM Movers did my move on August 31th. There were a lot of stairs in my old apartment complex.So it didn't make the move easy to begin with. I know, as anyone who has been an employee and worked in hospitality, the only time you get feedback is if something goes wrong. I wanted JETSTREAM Movers to know your tops! I also wanted you to know, the guys did a great job!! The only item that broken was a bookshelf that I didn't want and it was headed for the dumpster anyway. I had a lot of fragile items and everything is safe and sound. The guys were very polite and respectful. They worked super fast and they worked non-stop. They were very professional and I felt comfortable with them. Their sense of humor helped my stress level. Moving can be very trying, with packing, moving, unpacking it all take a toll on you. So I say "Excellent Job!!". Go with them if you want your move to be fun!

Terrible Movers ruined my Picture, when I called to get file a claim I was informed there's nothing they can or will do. They also over charged me. They used a truck to small and was stuck in traffic which I had to pay for and had to make 2 trips. when they go into an extra hour by 5 minutes they charged me full hour and then didn't finish unpacking for the rest of that hour!! Very bad attitude from Dispatcher!!

Don't let the bad reviews fool you. I was a little nervous trying out a new company but they did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the move. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful and gave me the best possible deal for my move. The movers were quick, efficient, and professional. The move ended up taking exactly what the estimate said it was. Overall great company and easy/relaxing moving experience.

Jetstream Moving was right on target with my move. they were on time and packed me up and out the door in less time than was ordered. The foreman and crew even helped us with our children's beds! Would recommend them to my family and friends anytime. Its not very often that movers do the right thing this company cares!

i have been searching for the claims department to settle the problems we had in our move and can not find one but i have had every bit of my furniture ruined as well as a new fridge a 3 door fridge beautiful i had gotten for Christmas i can not even bring into the new house they damaged it so bad and every bit of my furniture and a gas grill i can not use anymore a new dining room table they tried to pry the butterfly leaf out with a screwdriver they pried the glass of the of my table tops with a screwdriver they took my brand new bed and dragged it on it side and ruined it they destroyed all the beds, pictures,hutches,chairs as well as a new kitchen set i bought for the new house the men put my stuff in the storage and would not show to bring it to my home the following Monday or tues they sent someone else (I plan on going viral with pictures of everything that had gotten destroyed )If something is not done about this real soon .....very unprofessional

My sales person (Dave)at the office who did an excellent job in providing me the estimate and the team on the field(Keyone and Melvin)who take care of my items with care and respect. This moving experience was the best experiece. I spoke with the estimator(Matt) several times prior to making this commitment to be sure I understood the charges and fees. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I then received a follow-up call prior to my relocation to be sure all questions were answered and expectations were set. Once my relocation was scheduled, I changed the date, which was not a problem. The day of the job, the crew(Rico) phoned me an hour in advance to let me know they were on the way. They were very courteous and respectful of my belongings. They wrapped 100 percent of my furniture. (I was impressed) The foreman(Rico) and his team were awesome. I would use them again and highly recommend them to family and friends.

the whole experience was great from pick-up to delivery. The guys wrapped up all my stuff and were helpful through the whole moving experience. I would recommend them to my friends and family!

The final prices was less than the quote.
